Only yoga studio in Milwaukee that does 90 minute Bikram yoga classes multiple times per week. The heat, humidity, and positive energy I feel from this small studio and its instructors have me feeling energized and looking forward to the next time I get practice here again. All instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and health. I had been seeing a chiropractor a few times per week for bulging disc issues for a few years. After a few months of regular practice here I no longer feel the need to go to... read more

This is a yoga studio that’s truly focused on community. The space is modest & small, the teachers are present and kind, and the energy is gracious and welcoming. In this day and age, it’s easy to walk into a fitness space and be sold to at every turn. This is a space where when you come in, you are here to do yoga. That’s it. Yoga Heights is the real deal. I'm so grateful there is a studio in the heart of Milwaukee (the beautiful Washington Heights neighborhood!) that still teaches the authentic Bikram yoga series. Although the space is cozy, it feels very welcoming- the instruction is personalized, the staff is friendly, and the community is always inclusive, which is especially important for those who may be experiencing their first hot yoga class! I encourage everyone to give this studio a try, you won't regret it!

As a person born in India, this place is by far from authentic yoga. Do not waste time or money by coming here.

I took my first classes this week with Ammie and Joan and they were amazing. The instructors were warm and welcoming and you could sense that they were very experienced - they had the quiet yogi presence. My first class was super intense because I didn’t hydrate very well prior, but I did the second class and it flowed and was super challenging but also expanding. I’ve take other types of yoga over the years and Bikram is a different animal! I think I might be addicted 😁
