Deborah is such an asset to the yoga community. I have enjoyed every class I have taken with her and at the Yoga Center of Jackson. I highly recommend this Center to anyone wanting to pursue a career in Yoga or needing therapy. She is compassionate and caring and wants everyone to feel comfortable at the studio.
For those that train here -you will get a great understanding of anatomy thanks to Deborah Perry. A great understanding of anatomy will make you a great yoga teacher! I just attended a course this weekend(Oct. 12-13, 2019) on “the Core and the Psoas muscle”-it was such useful information that all of my yoga students could benefit from! I am grateful for the great teacher-Deborah Perry- and I’m grateful for the friendships made from this place. Amazing people that are amazing teachers!
I started going here for prenatal yoga, and I love it so much. I plan to join a regular class after my baby is born!
The quality of instruction is outstanding. If you want to LEARN yoga, this is the studio for you. No matter what level classes I have taken, the instructor and other students have been friendly and fun.
