I started with Ms. Tabitha about 6 months after shoulder reconstruction . I needed a fun, no pressure environment to accelerate my rehab. I found that with Pints and Poses at Tap Traders, one of Yoga by Tabitha's great events. I am now able the cast my fishing rod all day and dig fence posts holes. Thanks Tabitha!!
