Love the Saturday morning yoga class. Ange makes the effort to know your injuries and will tailor the poses to work for you. Her warmth and positivity throughout the session is what gets me motivated to keep coming back.
I'm really enjoying Angelina's classes. We do a little bit of energy work, great, safe yoga (dodgy knees and shoulders well taken care of!) and have a chat and a laugh too. Angelina is warm, welcoming and down to earth. Highly recommended!
