I just turned a year at Yogabox and I love it, the classes always challenge you and the instructors have so much energy and good vibes. My favorite instructors are Olivia, Cassie, Katie and Victoria G
Where would I be without Mia Sperry? Mia is truly the best instructor out there. Her flow challenges you physically and mentally, always creative and fun while teaching you something new. There are few instructors who push you to grow in your flow as much as she does. If you haven't taken a class with her yet, I cannot recommend her enough!
Love Yoga Box! Especially Thursday 6am with Esme in North Park. The music is fun and the energy is always great. A perfect way to start my morning.
Andre and Amore are my favorite instructors here. Andre is extremely challenging and will definitely push you - it’s powerful! Leave your ego at the door in his class. Amore’s classes are a beautiful blend of challenge and flow, and I love she teaches to the seasons. Go to her class in any form or state and you’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in. Yogabox has made me enjoy and look forward to yoga and sculpt for the first time! The vibes are fantastic with every instructor, especially sculpt classes with Esme L. She is extremely kind and cares for everyone in the class. She creates such a fun environment and it’s a highlight of my week! I have never disliked a class at Yogabox so far (plus the colored lights are fun) :)
