I have taken about 5 classes at yoga box in the past few months. The atmosphere is welcoming, I like the challenge of the sculpt class and taking a more relaxing vinyasa flow other days. The heat is definitely intense but I like the challenge. I also appreciate the parking lot, it makes going much easier. The prices seem reasonable to me as well!

I love yoga box! I frequent PB, LJ and OB locations with a handful of favorite teachers but especially look forward to Briana’s Friday night flows!

Went to a class last night in OB taught by Marina W., and couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Definitely got pretty hot and tired during the class, but her flow was very balanced in intensity and felt natural. She also offered adjustments to those that don’t mind them and was very sweet while keeping everyone motivated! The class was 7-8pm and after doing solid movement and sweating it out, I had the best sleep afterwards! Now I want to go to her Sunday morning class and definitely recommending to a friend!

I love this place so much! Every instructor is amazing, and they are so welcoming…. Kayla and Bri are EXCEPTIONAL though. I don’t miss their classes at all haha Their technique, knowledge, and attention to details are very impressive. The studio is always clean. Congratulations for every staff and instructor!

This is my favorite yoga box in SD. Clean space, nice instructors, and good location. Parking can be tricky but I love the overall vibes here.
