I've been going to Yoga Box for years now, and I'm still as obsessed as I was when I first started. The staff and instructors are also so nice. The studio is always so clean, and I always get what I need out of class.
Abby B. is my fav vinyasa instructor at YB! I started at Yoga Box in 2023, and have seen my practice grow so much because of her. She’s kind and knowledge, and most importantly brings humor to the studio while still honoring the traditions of this ancient practice.
My favorite workout in San diego! I’m over 400 classes in, and it truly never gets old. Ashley and Bri are my go-to sculpt instructors, and Abby is amazing for flow.
Love YogaBox! I’ve only been going to this studio for a few months and it already feels like home. Shoutout to my favorite teacher, Abby! Her vinyasa flows are always fluid yet challenging, and her sweet and silly spirit create such a fun and safe space. She’s the best!
Ava's class does not disappoint!! She does a great job of full body workouts with an emphasis on the focus muscle group! Her energy and ability to match the exercises with the music makes every class enjoyable
