I love Yoga Box and I’m a regular at one of the other locations. John F. is a trainer here and he is absolutely fantastic! Voice like butter, explains everything exceptionally, and is warm and inviting. Highly recommend him at this location. <3
Love the 6am squad! Mikaela and Bianca have great flows that are challenging and creative. Their classes are an amazing way to start the day 😄
I was so nervous going back to a class at a larger gym after not going for a while but that was completely unnecessary! Everyone was so kind! Nothing to be embarrassed about also I still look pretty darn strong but Annie sure gave me a run for my money in her Sculpt class. Loved it. Emma on the business end was super helpful as well. So happy to be welcomed aboard
Love this class! Annie & all of the instructors are motivating and keep the energy up and give me the motivation to keep coming back!
I've been at YogaBox for a little over a year now and I love it. I was originally going to join for a few months and go a few days a week, but I fell in love and now I've been there over a year and am going everyday at least once a day. I am super happy I found them.
