I was so nervous going back to a class at a larger gym after not going for a while but that was completely unnecessary! Everyone was so kind! Nothing to be embarrassed about also I still look pretty darn strong but Annie sure gave me a run for my money in her Sculpt class. Loved it. Emma on the business end was super helpful as well. So happy to be welcomed aboard

I've been at YogaBox for a little over a year now and I love it. I was originally going to join for a few months and go a few days a week, but I fell in love and now I've been there over a year and am going everyday at least once a day. I am super happy I found them.
Just wanted to shout out the BEST sculpt instructors at Yoga Box. Esme, with her uplifting and bubbly energy. Truly never had an instructor with so much energy and happiness in a class, it is very motivating (plus a fire playlist). Second, Vanessa W’s classes are so good. She is so funny and has such a great personality making class fun, comfortable and definitely kick ass! Thank you for being the best of the best !!
This place is like my second home. All of the instructors go above and beyond with all their classes. They carry positive spirits & motivate me to keep showing up.
