I’ve been a member for about 2 months now and i absolutely love yoga box. I started as a beginner with no experience and felt so comfortable and welcomed since the begging. Although the studio is a bit smaller than some of the other locations, i come back every week for my favorite instructors (Rachel E, Imee P, Ashlyn F, Lexis B). I stumbled upon this studio through class pass while visiting a friend in SD and I am so so grateful that I did. We took the yoga sculpt class with David and it was so incredible. David is genuinely the type of person you meet once in a life time, from the moment we walked in he fully embraced our presence with love and light. His energy and joy were contagious and honestly made me feel empowered to pour more of my own light and joy into many aspects and practices in my life outside of yoga.
