I stumbled upon this studio through class pass while visiting a friend in SD and I am so so grateful that I did. We took the yoga sculpt class with David and it was so incredible. David is genuinely the type of person you meet once in a life time, from the moment we walked in he fully embraced our presence with love and light. Yoga Box NH is amazing! All of the classes and instructors have been top notch. Classes are challenging and the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

I accidentally left my yoga mat at the studio after class and called the next day, but the phone kept going to voicemail. I ended up going in person to check, and while my towel was there, my mat was nowhere to be found. The staff response was dismissive. I was told that if it wasn’t there, then it was gone. When I asked if they needed more details about the mat so they could look into it, I was told no. I was also told that “people steal all the time,” which was concerning to hear. Victoria was a fantastic instructor! Her class had the perfect amount of energy and difficulty, I was sweating my butt off but enjoyed every moment. I signed up for a membership because of her :)

I actually prefer this location over the one closer to my house! I like the smaller studio vibe. All of the instructors are wonderful. Yoga box has always been my go-to and is such a safe judgement free zone. My membership is my little reminder that I can start my days off with moving my body and calming my mind.
