I recently did my first class at this location on a Thursday evening. A friend had recommended this specific class because of the instructor Arielle. After I took the class, I can see why she is highly recommended! It’s been a while since I had time for yoga or anything else outside of day to day life, but I am so glad I took the time for this practice! Arielle leads the class with her soothing voice, great music, positive intentions and poses for every level! I highly recommend her class!!
I enjoyed my first time here so much that i decided to get an unlimited membership and have gone everyday since !!
Power Vinyasa Flow - Tuesday @ 10:30am w/Sabrina Heins *College Area* I seriously loved this class. The space was clean, peaceful, and had such a good vibe. While I usually prefer to support small locally owned businesses, I clicked with a specific instructor at the College Area Yoga Box and made an exception!! Mary N. is really special, you can tell she cares about Yoga as a practice and lifestyle instead of just a form of exercise.
