Poor communication for scheduling appointments, or obtaining any additional documents. Tried to set an appointment to retrieve my vehicle. No response. I call the number online multiple times. No response. I decide to go the facility anyway, no one is manning the desk but a note left to call a number. I call that number and this person comes to the desk , tells me to call another number. Finally retrieve my vehicle playing phone tag. Fast forward- I need a paid receipt reflecting a zero balance on my account to be reimbursed... read more

Mike at YOG is absolutely the best U-Haul agent you can find. Super friendly, easy to work with, extremely helpful. Great for military moves! Recommend using this location for rental needs and saving his number for future one-way moves ;)

I recently picked up my vehicle from YOG Storage after leaving it there for about 8 months. The car was in excellent condition, and the pick-up process was both quick and straightforward. Mike was very helpful, providing me with valuable information on minor future maintenance needs. The car's exterior and interior were clean, and I’m extremely satisfied with the overall service.
