They've always been very reliable, and only cancel my appointment if there's an extreme emergency. I think they've only canceled it once the whole time I've been going there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I spent less than fifteen minutes in there. They're one of the most caring psychologists I've ever met.
