We had a great experience with Yoder Home Services - we brought them in to address some cracks in our basement/foundation and an external drainage issue. They provided a reasonable proposal, patiently explained all of our options and executed the job on-time and on-budget. Jerry was great, he helped with the proposal, came out for the first day of the job and checked the work at the end. Problems with a foundation are SCARY. We trusted Jerry and his team (and we considered many, many others). And they delivered.
Encapsulated my crawl space, stitched my foundation, and installed a dehumidifier. They did a great job ans the price was very reasonable.

Professional, friendly workers who do great work! They genuinely want to solve your issue whereas other basement comapnies just want to over sell you. They also amply covered items in my basement with plastic and cleaned up well afterwards. I highly recommend them.
