Originally this was a three star review. Let me explain why it changed to four. My appointment was 10am it's now 1pm. They lost the part we waited a week for. Asked us to come back in a hour after we sat her for a hour. When we got back we checked in at the desk on the left side. At 1 pm they told us they didn't know we were back? Our car is just now 5 hours later being pulled in to the service center. The excuse is we should have checked in at the desk on the right that no one was at. My first Ford Dealership experience was great. I recently became a Ford owner and needed my used 2022 Ford Edge inspected. They were extremely kind and extremely fast. I will be a return customer at the service department.
