Relationship started out a little rough, but in the end Brad in the service department, and the mechanic found the issue and resolved it.. I appreciate the diligence and would definitely come see Brad again. Thank you Harold Ford for working with me to resolve my issue.
I was able to find a decent truck for a decent price. Staff were very friendly and courteous. They were honest about everything and they were quick with the process. Would consider coming here again in the future

Coming from over 90 miles away in MI, Harold Ford was great to work with over the distance. They were very upfront regarding the history of the vehicle, as well as the interest in the vehicle by others. Understandably they couldn't hold a car for me without some sort of assurance I would purchase the vehicle, but they did go out of their way to make sure that I had the best chance I could to buy it.
