I had a loved one go to this facility and I was listed as the emergency contact yet I received no phone call when the individual left this facility. When I called seeking answers my information was taken and I received a call back about half hour later. I immediately asked why I wasn't contacted about this individual and was told that we're notifying you now. Absolutely horrible communication with this facility.
