We purchased a used vehicle with an underlying issue. We politely reached out via email to our sale associate several times asking to get in touch with the general manager concerning the matter. The general manager never returned an email or called us. We also wrote to corporate and again nobody got in touch with us. Ignoring customers with a legitimate concern is not ok.
