These people will try their best to give you a car with any type of underlying issues. If you go back to them with said problem, they charge an arm and a leg for some of the most simplest things. 2019 VW atlas was quoted over $400 just to replace front break pads only, after the $150 inspection fee. We've had the car for 4months, at purchase, the pads were at a 6 and a 9. Upon taking the car back, pads were at a 1 and a 3. Caliper was hanging. If I could give Lou Fusz zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with them was so terrible I have been telling everyone I know not to buy there or get their car repaired there. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with this dealership. It started with the purchase of my Jeep and has been nothing but a nightmare since. I will give them credit, their sales people are excellent and will do anything to make the sale. But there is a reason for that—their cars are absolute crap.
