Yoav sold our house and we bought a house though him. He was incredible in guidance, negotiation, and set realistic expectations. He also has a referral Rolodex that is incredibly vast. Yoav did an absolutely amazing job selling my house. His knack and instinct for presenting a house is uncanny. He tirelessly ensured I was comfortable every step of the way; from doing repairs, to understanding all the documents being thrown at me, to deciphering the buyers' actions, to walking me through escrow. His negotiation skills are excellent, and he was a fierce advocate for me. His customer service is impeccable and, most importantly, he's a great guy. Highly recommended!

We were introduced to Yoav in August of 2020. By September, we already moved into our new home and closed escrow on our old home. Yoav did an amazing job of being by our side every step of the way.
