Worst experience ever! The manager Celeste has the nastiest attitude. After waiting 50 minutes for our food it was incorrect and we were treated as if we were less than. Please when considering Italian don’t consider YNot!
This is such an awesome family place!! The staff is genuine and efficient ! Food is very fresh and great! Haven't had a bad dish there yet ! Celesse (the bartender) has excellent beer knowledge and is a great server !
We went last night for my birthday dinner. The pizza was good but horrible customer service. The waiter took forever to come back to our table. He dropped the check off without asking if we wanted dessert. Then when we ordered dessert it took forever to get. We heard some staff say they didn't even have a table so they should have helped out. I have worked as a waitress and I definitely recommend better training.
Tried for the 1st time today, sadly will not be returning. The food was horrible, my alfredo tasted sour and my husbands "Philly cheesesteak" had solid cheese on it and meat that was season for a pot roast!! Waiter had a bunch of excuses, saying the owner made our food and he normally does just pizza? Decided on our way out to grab some cookies and pastries. We have a standing monthly girls night here and have a great experience every time we come! The food is great, the servers are friendly and the management always greets us with a smile. This Ynot is our favorite!
Pizza had no taste and the place smelled like a mildewed towel. Won't be back.
