She listened carefully to my concerns and my questions. She gave me the referrels i asked for, and ordered my blood work. She is booked way out for in person appts which is hard, but does zoom calls for quicker appt.
She is not responsive. When you send email, no response. When you call for your medication, no reply. I had my lab drawn last month and it is not normal. I called two weeks after, and the front desk said they will let the doctor know. Still no response a week after. I sent email too about my result and silent.
Dr Smith is a wonderful Doctor and person that cares about the people she sees.
Dr. Smith is amazing. She takes the time to connect with and care for her patients. She's the first doctor I've seen that hasn't told me to just "lose weight" as a solution for my different symptoms. She always seems happy to talk through any of my concerns and is never bothered by additional questions. I know when I go to see her that my wait time will be longer but it's worth it to me to have a doctor that cares and isn't rushing me out of the office. Dr. YNOLDE Smith, is the best family Doctor I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to you, and she shows that she really cares about her patients. My girlfriend and I, have had Dr. Smith as our Family Dr. For a few years now and I couldn't be more satisfied and relieved, that we found a great Family Doctor we feel comfortable with and we can trust with our health.
Worst doctor ever and very unprofessional . You never send a letter in the mail to a patient with what you think is a correct diagnosis and making a patient weight two weeks before you do a refarrel to a specialist. Plus the letter that she send to my mother had spelling errors in it. She has also caused a lot of stress for me and my family these last two weeks. My mother will no longer be going to this doctor. Sincerely, One very pissed off daughter.
Dr. Ynolde Smith is just simply the best! She is very honest and a caring doctor. We (my family) love her and deserves 5 stars!!!!
I simply adore and admire Dr Smith. She exemplifies excellence in every aspect of her medical practice and is a truly caring person. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.
