Good Location and close to home. Never had any problems with them. This is my Physical Branch for my investments. Assistant Manager Lynne Jackson responds to all my E-mails if I have any questions. There is a high turn over ratio for the Bank Tellers. Seeing a lot of new faces every month when I come in. Interesting.Disapointed there not open Satudays. Covid-19 Pandemic took this away.

Many of the staff and managers do not respond to calls or emails, and do not handle requests in a timely fashion, if at all. I reached out to Mr. Thompson for assistance as he had been helpful in the past. Despite it not being part of his job, he took ownership of what needed to be done and handled my request for me. Drove here to use the ATM without fees. ATM does not work. Now have to drive across town waste all that gas money or go to an ATM that is not affiliated with YNCU and will charge me fees to use. This has happened more than once I am not impressed.
