Many of the staff and managers do not respond to calls or emails, and do not handle requests in a timely fashion, if at all. I reached out to Mr. Thompson for assistance as he had been helpful in the past. Despite it not being part of his job, he took ownership of what needed to be done and handled my request for me. Drove here to use the ATM without fees. ATM does not work. Now have to drive across town waste all that gas money or go to an ATM that is not affiliated with YNCU and will charge me fees to use. This has happened more than once I am not impressed.
Am so pissed with this bank (credit union). 2 days before Christmas I accidently left my ATM card in the machine. Walked 150 meters away.asked for card back. Had all my ID and they refused to give it back. They ruined our Christmas could not access our account. No money available to me
