I'm so pissed off right. They installed a BRAND NEW AC, but my house never got cooled!! I had to call multiple times because they came out , told me to wait an hour or so. I left for a couple of hours, still wasn't cool. Next the owner came out, he had to fix something and adjust the fan, so it could get cool. Now that it's cold outside, I cut on my heat, and THERE IS NOOOOO HEAT COMING OUT, ITS ALL ICE COLD. I DONT THINK IT WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY. Called for an ac repair. Made an appointment for them to come out. Got A call 20 minutes after appointment time that the tech was sick. I understand! No problem! Rescheduled and no show and no call… and nothing at all. Very unprofessional

Hired 3 people that couldn’t figure out the issue. This company came and knew exactly what was wrong just from a description given on a phone call and fixed my hvac within minutes! Very satisfied customer
