I was threatened by a horrible man after I asked him to clean his sweat off a machine he was using and walked away from. Cancelled my membership at the Y as a result of this, when they told me they didn’t know who he was (um, there’s cameras and how did he get in??)
Unfortunately after attending the YMCA for a few months, one of my children left the childcare center at the Wellness center on heckle with a bruise on his right arm from one of the childcare workers. This happened on Thursday, January 11 around 9:30am. I tried filing an incident report and the supervisor didn’t know what form to use and said he’d email me with the info. Enjoy attending games that the children and youth take part in. Community involvement in keeping our youth and children active is a great way that YMCA is giving back to the community.
Horrible. Staff has no idea about anything. The one swim instructor we got was horrible with kids, you could tell she was annoyed the whole time
My husband and I just love this place. Staff are so nice and professional. Our grandchildren enjoy it also when they come and visit for the summer. God bless each and everyone of you.
