After attending the gym here for approximately 3 years, my time has come to an end. This was after getting an email from a staff member saying that “after reviewing the 24 hour access cameras I noticed you scanned in with a backpack.” The email then went on to say that this was a violation of the 24 hour access honor code policy. I signed up for free swim lessons but then the facility attempted to charge me for a total of $154.50 including a late fee when I was definitely on time June 1, 2026. This is the first swim lesson so I'm highly disappointed in the deception. On the bright side, a young lifeguard made a small lasting impression on me when he accommodated me by asking what music I like and played a song of my favorite artist. I like that the pool is huge.
