Nice clean and friendly staff
Nice YMCA. They have a well maintained spa in the locker room. Weights and cardio have two levels, upper is more chill while lower is good for flexing. They have a pool and a boxing room (make sure to bring gloves). Basketballs need better maintenance though; bring an air pump or your own ball. Overall, a nice YMCA in Middletown.
I love the YMCA because it’s convenient for me in the morning, but now there are no classes on Mondays and Fridays. They also need new machines for downstairs since some of the equipment is rusted, and things are often not working—for example, one machine, the sauna, pool, or bathroom. There’s always something. On the positive side, I love the front desk staff—they’re very friendly. The instructors are awesome.
