Just finish kickboxing class and it was FANTASTIC. Great instructor and a good group of people.
The staff there is very helpful and will help you with your goal to get fit. It is a great family atmosphere.

The Middletown ymca gym may not look high tech in comparison to the NYC ymca gyms, but Middletown ymca equipment surpasses nyc ymca's.

The YMCA here in Middletown is super. Not only do they have the traditional offerings of the YMCA, but they are forward thinking. They realized what the needs of the community are and have forged ahead to offer it. It a place where you can belong! Kids come to play and share and learn and families in return are happy.
