I've been a member for awhile . The basketball gym is always being using for something other than hoops . When it's open its a complete mess, 50 balls flying around . No one to organize anything. I will canceling our membership. This is a nightmare staff pretty rude. I wish I could ask for my money back . Just go all the way out of business. This place is so poorly run its sad.
Haven't been in 7 months was hospitalized and have to really take it easy. Peace of mind! Great staff.

I am disappointed in your water bottle policy. I was told you throw away all water bottles because you do not know what is in them. Seems like a waste to throw out a nice water bottle, not even giving the person a few days to claim it. Let them deal with "what is in it." I usually don't go to social media, but I did file a complaint and no one followed up. This disappointed me more than the water bottle.
The remodel sucks, members services hours are useless now for early birds, if you are geriatric this facility is perfect for you. "Young Man's Christian Association" my behind. What happened to all of the free weight equipment? Boo Waukesha YMCA.
