I joined but haven't gone yet ...baby steps,baby steps
I moved to the area four years ago and I can state without hesitation or exaggeration that this building and the people in it are my favourite thing about living in Trenton. The facility is spotlessly clean and the equipment is scrupulously maintained. The fitness classes are wonderful. The only negative is that they can be addictive! The instructors sincerely care about the well-being of the members. This is truly a friendly and welcoming community.
Great place to workout. Been going there for a few years now. Absolutely love kidskare too! I took my son there and now my twins are going. The staff are absolutely wonderful!
