I joined the YMCA last November 2019 and had been going with my family regularly prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. I considered cancelling my membership because I knew I wouldn’t be going to the gym during this crisis because quarantine snacks and beer... I am lucky that both myself and my husband are able to work from home and we have not had a change in our household income. We are able to stay home with our kids. This place is DIRTY! There is dirt and scum on the floors, walls, showers, door handles, etc.
Nice pool, excellent classes and great equipment.
I love the Bethlehem YMCA, but I am so sad with their new policies around daycare. The daycare is always packed with kids and now you have cut the staff from 3 adults to 2. Now children are being turned away. Parents need the daycare so they can exercise, that is the main reason we choose the YMCA over other gyms. Exercise is necessary for parents and sets a good example for the kids that living a healthy lifestyle is important. Please bring back the 3rd staff member and go back to the old hours!!!!!
I love zumba class at gym. It is big class,Good vibrations, and people are very friendly. Thank ymca Bethlehem open gym for Zumba class which can give people tremendous benefit to their mental health and physical health.
Very large new facility with lots of amenities. Staff and people there were very friendly. Make sure you check out the Zumba classes. :-)
