There's an instructor there whose name is Lori. Very enthusiastic and enjoys what she does,she doesn't seem judgemental and I grt a very good senior workout.
Many years ago, went here trying to get my leg work in the pool. Late evening they were open, letting me get back on track for work and taekwondo. Go ladies! Wore my bathing suit and leotards. Great place to stretch in the pool. I had a terrible MVA and had along way to go.
