Their "rules" are absolute overkill, and they add more daily. No floats, kids can't put feet on the top step, but can put them on the 3ft side when 7 lifeguards take a 15 minute break every hour, no goggles covering noses, no kids touching one another in the pool, no diving for items (toys or otherwise) at the bottom of the pool (in the >3 section or anywhere) because it's considered breath holding exercises.
