I am a member, I joined mainly to use the Jacuzzi, the dry sauna and the cold shower! Of the whole YMCA network, 15 facilities … downtown is the ONLY one with the Jacuzzi. And how many months has this Jacuzzi been out of services?!?!?!?
They have a new employee and he was very very nice. My air pod fell inside the stair climber and he went out of his way to take apart whole machine to help me get it out. Even when it seemed impossible! He kept trying! Incredible staff! Would highly recommend! Very helpful staff. I love coming here. One time my air pod fell inside of sauna and same guy also helped me retrieve it. Love my ymca family.
