I’ve always appreciated the services and programs offered by the YMCA, but I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members at the pool—Christina. Her tone was surprisingly aggressive and unnecessarily rude when speaking to myself. It made what should have been a relaxing visit feel tense and uncomfortable.
