customer service is horrific. I asked Andy the young Asian man who was controlling the door if this ymca is connected to the ymca across the street from my house which is next to flushing meadow park, he didnt answer me he instead starting helping a quest whom was behind me (and also Asian) He should not be greeting customers at all very rude !
Had a swim meet, kept waiting over an hour and a half No reason to get computer working really terrible or just down the paper which is what they did to be on anyway
