I’m writing this review to bring attention to an ongoing issue that has not been properly addressed. The hot water in the women’s shower room has not been working for several months. This is extremely inconvenient, especially during cold weather. Today, because the women’s shower still had no hot water, we briefly used the girls’ locker room showers for about 5 minutes before the kids finished their swim class. DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS SO GROSS!!! THERE ARE HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING ALL OVER THE PLACE!! I SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP THERE AND WHEN I LEARNED NONE OF THE SHOWERS WORK IN THE WOMANS LOCKER ROOM AND THAT THEY HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING FOR THE PAST YEAR WHICH IS A HEALTH CODE VIALATION. Dear YMCA Management Team, Hello, Although I am not sure who is currently responsible for managing the swim program and coaching staff, I feel it is necessary to raise serious concerns about the quality of instruction. The teaching quality of the swimming class that starts at 10:50 a.m. on Sundays is extremely disappointing.
