I was not notified that there is a $25 charge every march 25th and I did not have money in my account for them to take out and I’m going to call and complain to get my money back because I was not happy they said that I would get a email but I did not receive an email and or a push notification like they had said to my face
There are some very friendly staff members at this location. That’s probably the only reason I keep going here. The reason for giving them only one star is they have horrible hours. I truly want a 24 hour gym. I want to gym that’s open more often it’s upsetting that they’re closed on the weekend. I wish they would at least extend their weekend hours and be open on Sunday, that might make me stick around just wish they were simply open on Sunday
