I have consistently tried for the last 3 years to get my daughter into the free swimming program. I understand that this is free and it's first come first serve, but when you call on registration within the first hour and it's filled and I'm hearing from certain parents that they get it every year and they allow certain people to keep using it rather than keep new people coming in.
