I like to swim in the water in the gyms it's comfortable
Great place to workout. Front desk staff are very friendly, building is cleanly and trainers are knowledgeable. Matthew, for example, is very knowledgeable about the gym; it is impressive for his age. It shows through his physique. I see him often training clients here and it is impressive to see him change their lives.
Very upsetting. Joined a few years ago because of the availability of all the amenities. They have changed the hours of the sauna and pool. Why be a member if you can only use certain areas after 1pm?? I work afternoons. I will be cancelling my membership.
