Be sure to take a Sunday class with Matt or personal training. He knows his stuff and really pushes us! I know I have gotten stronger! Very knowledgeable trainer!
I'd like to recognize and compliment the youthful talent that has been demonstrated at the Easton YMCA by Mathew, a personal trainer and class instructor. I have been going to the Y for almost 20 years, love that is very family oriented and safe for my kids. Classes are great specially the one on Sundays at 11 am with instructor Matthew Lynch is an excellent work out class.
I had an excellent experience training with Matthew Lynch at the YMCA. I completed two sessions with him (so far) —one focused on upper body and one on lower body—and both were outstanding. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and very attentive to proper form and technique.
