They are really helpful and curious. I suffer from fibromyalgia so it is always nice to swim in warm water since cold water can cause tightening of your muscles that leads to more pain. I just wish they offered shared swimming for anytime that you can be there instead of swimming only at certain times so I could get more use from it.
Ok, so every class I've taken has kicked my booty...in a really good way! Love, love, love Hendricks Regional Health YMCA!!!
