This place has really gone downhill recently. The workers are rude, the workout equipment is always broken, the pool and sauna are never available. There’s only one room available to stretch and do workouts and when there’s a fitness class you have no where else to go.
RecommendedMy family and I have been members of this Y for 15 years. We love all of the programs. My kids have played several seasons of soccer, they all learned to swim here through the lessons, and even swam several years with the Barracudas swim team. I am here at least 2 times a week for the wonderful aerobics classes. Top notch instructors and staff. Great selection of programs and classes. Simply the best Y we have ever been to.
RecommendedWorking out at The Freeport YMCA is a very good experience and it's worth getting a membership pass there. They also have a nice pool there too.
RecommendedTrellis Payne is an amazing and energetic spin instructor. You'll have so much fun in her class that you won't know how hard you're working. Take it! You will not be disappointed!
