Very knowledgeable staff, friendly not there to try to make a buck. Always felt like I visiting friends and not an actual store. Very good at coordination in all their programs ( ex. How to classes, camera learning etc....)

YM Camera does a great job with repairs. The people that work there are very knowledgeable on all of their camera products. They make good recommendations on camera equipment. It's nice to have this local store available to us.
By far the best "local" camera store around. I prefer the personal attention and assistance that you don't receive online. I'm a hobby/amateur photographer and Jim and his staff are never condescending - they welcome questions and the opportunity to help anyone from beginner to pro.
