Y&M did a duct cleaning for us and the whole experience was excellent from the first phone call. The owner's wife picked up right away, was genuinely friendly, and took the time to explain exactly how the process works before I committed to anything. The owner then came out personally to inspect the system and gave me a quote on the spot. Great service. Arrived on time and even checked the heating/cooling ducts free. Mahti and Yanna are very accommodating. Highly recommend Y&M.
Did a very thorough job. He came ready to work when he came for estimate and spent several hours cleaning and sanitizing ductwork and dryer vent. Explained verbally and with video clips what he was going to do and what he did do on our home.
