It has been extremely difficult to book and communicate with your staff. When we asked if you had immediate availability, we were told “ok.” However, upon arrival, we were asked to wait an additional 40 minutes. When we raised our concern about this, instead of addressing the issue, we were met with dismissive remarks such as, “Have you guys ever been here?” I fail to see how that is relevant to the situation. This response felt unprofessional and only added to our frustration.
Excellent foot and Thai massage, my first. Intense but great! I forgot the man's name but he did an awesome job!
I needed help: right side shoulder, back, and calf were painful. For two days I could not fully inhale or even sneeze. I confirmed it was muscular and found this place. I told the older guy behind the counter I just needed help with my back. He asked if he would be OK or I could wait for a woman. I said anyone, just now.
