Very nice and did a great job on my daughters hair
My hair turned out beautiful and fyi, I didn’t have much hair to work with. She was able to grip my hair with no problem!
We had an appointment around 9. I called and texted her to let her know I was going to be late by 30 mins. She said she had an emergency instead and told me to come at 3. I texted okay, that’s fine. She never responded back at all. I get to the shop 5 mins before 3 and she tells me she thought I was playing games. Then she says oh I have someone else. Bad for business and very unprofessional. At that point sounds like she likes to play games. I wish I could post my text messages.
