Yiyi is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was amazed to see how she knew what I was in there for without me telling her, but by only looking at my tongue and asking a few questions. After about four days of drinking the prescribed herbs, I can really say I noticed it was making a serious change in my wellbeing that even my husband could tell. Yiyi has some extremely beneficial insight for anyone experiencing health issues. I got booked in urgently last minute for treatment on my back pain and I was feeling great afterwards. I returned a week later for a more in depth consultation, and we went through what was wrong and the solutions I could take - both solutions the clinic could provide/help with, and solutions I could do on my own.
Absolutely horrible. I was visiting town for the summer so I couldn’t see my regular acupuncturist. The consultation included 50 minutes of her continuously talking about what my issues were and what needed to be fix, rather than actually listening to my concerns. My concerns were completely disregarded. Even worse, she kept checking her watch for text messages and her cellphone was ring during the consultation. Completely unprofessional.
