I really liked that he was there to explain things to me and wanted to make sure everything is good before we proceeded with my procedure.
My experience with Dr. Chiu was, without exagerration, horrible. From the beginning he was rude and unprofessional. From my perspective he was very arrogant and almost seemed disgusted with me.
