BAD SALON. Save your time and money. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, and no respect for their customers. I would not recommend coming here.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. The communication was poor from the beginning, and the stylist clearly was not experienced with the style I requested. Instead of being honest about it, they started the service anyway, only for it to end unfinished. As a paying customer, I expect honesty, professionalism, and quality service. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They call themselves professionals, but they don’t even know how to properly style hair. If you don’t know how to perform a service, don’t advertise that you do. It’s a stylist’s job to educate their clients and provide the service they promise…not leave customers confused or waste their time. This place has to have the most unprofessional hairstyles offering the worst service in all of the Bronx. Don’t go here unless you want to get overcharged for them to not know what they are doing and ruin your hair like they did mine.
Terrible and disgusting service on top of extremely overpriced to not even know what they are doing. Instead of saying they don’t know how to do a style they overcharged me to mess my hair up and then be unprofessional when I told them I didn’t like it.
