Graphic guy from the back was rude and unprofessional
Had a trailer hitch installed on my Grand Cherokee. Not the best customer service but I've experienced much worse. However, the passive entry system was no longer working. A quick Google search suggested something wasn't hooked up right in the tail light area, right where you wire in the trailer light harness. Took it back, they reluctantly looked at it for about 8 minutes, said they "didn't go in there" & pretty much washed their hands of it. So I'm left to figure it out myself. Frustrating.
