Had a trailer hitch installed on my Grand Cherokee. Not the best customer service but I've experienced much worse. However, the passive entry system was no longer working. A quick Google search suggested something wasn't hooked up right in the tail light area, right where you wire in the trailer light harness. Took it back, they reluctantly looked at it for about 8 minutes, said they "didn't go in there" & pretty much washed their hands of it. So I'm left to figure it out myself. Frustrating. Never going back.

Employee George was very unprofessional, Talking to my step dad like his an idiot or slow, my step dad is not the best at speaking English, which they should have comprehended!! all George had to do was be patience, so I could speak to him( who understands English) and he could explain to me what the problem was!
