I work at the Advance across the road, they have a lot of the odds/ends stereo related we don't, and they are always a great help to our customers! Also was looking for a specific speaker with external grill for a project i am working on, they had a good quality speaker, in stock for a great price! Thought i was gonna have to go online. My mother’s car broke down earlier today in the parking lot. No one offered to help her, I did what i could and nothing. Went into yipes and asked for help and with no hesitation the older gentleman came out to help. He was able to get my moms car going so she could get home before the storm! thank you very much!
These guys went above and beyond I was in and out in less time than they quoted they put a tow hitch on my Nissan Xterra the last guy that worked on the exhaust didn’t put the hanger in the right place so it rattled when I got into the truck I brought it back to them they fixed the bracket and the truck is perfect the boys know what they’re doing and they’re good to deal
The customer service sucks They didn’t even call me when my truck was done then when I called the next day they didn’t know if my truck was still there. Anyone could of taken it and they just didn’t care
First time using Yipes for lettering on my Company Truck and could not be happier. They will be getting return business from Bates Towing LLC.
