🗣What a really nice, hard working group of caring people. Valerie, is fun to work with and has really positive, creative energy. They are very busy and are worth waiting for. Very rude people!!! I inquired about whether or not the rims that I purchased from them would fit a certain type of vehicle and they gave me the run around. I spoke with Valerie and she told me to contact American Racing or to bring them in. I explained that I do not live closeby to bring them in. I told her I called another time and I talked with a guy who was able to help me see if my rims would fit a certain car. Went there to have DVD entertainment installed. DVD was not installed properly my head rest would drop down instantly if I raised it. When car was picked up I was never told about (huge safety issue if I got into an accident my neck would snap). Once I noticed the problem I called them and they did not seem like it was a concern to them. I was being dicked around for a month because owner did not want to honer the mistake and get me different system in there. Was charged a ridiculous cleaning fee because the truck was returned with dirt on the floor of the cab! Are you kidding me! Called and tried to resolve the matter, but person was very rude, unhelpful and completely non-understanding! Also I returned the truck I rented with MORE fuel than I was supposed to return it with, but they refused to refund the cost. Even though they would have charged me a $30 fee PLUS all gas needed at $4.50/gallon if I had returned it for any less gas than I was supposed to. I will NEVER use this l... read more

When I purchased my new Toyota the only thing it didn't come with was a remote car starter. My salesmen at 802 Toyota told me to call Yipes! in Barre to have one installed. I did and I LOVE it! I just wanted to say thanks to 802 for the referral and to Yipes! for the great service and warmth this coming winter and for many to come!

DO NOT EVER GO TO YIPES IN BARRE!!! I went there today for a simple car wash that took over an hour. When I peeked out to check to see how it was going I saw two guys walking around the car pointing to various spots on my car. As this look suspicious I checked it out. Of course there were scratches all over my car. When I spoke to the man in charge I would have never guessed he was the owner. He was very rude and defensive and tried degrading me. Just had my car detailied at Yipes! It was dirty and gross...now, it's AMAZING! I don't know how they did it! My carpets and seats look like new! Well worth every cent! Will be back in the spring!

I went right to Yipes after getting my new truck. I got many accessories, rain guards, bug shield, nerf bars, a tool box and a remote truck starter. I also got my business name on the side of my truck with their graphic department. I got everything I needed at the lowest price. I always try to shop local and Yipes makes this possible.
