We used Yingst 10 years ago for a home inspection that included a structural engineering inspection. They did a thorough job and supplied an extensive, detailed report the next day. We bought the home with piece of mind the foundation was sound. Fast forward 10 years and that SAME LEVEL OF QUALITY IS GONE. We asked for an inspection of a specific crack in the foundation so we could sell the home.
