The best PCP in Chinatown area! Great experience with Dr Win and her team. She is knowledgeable, the front desk staffs are very kind, and the nurses there are very professional. No appointments needed here which is super convenient for people like to do walk-ins anytime as they need it. They also open 7 days! I feel very comfortable and confident under her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy primary care provider.
Would not recommend, sometimes i think the nurses dont even have proper training or if they are even licensed to practice. Also the front desk is rude on the phone and transfers us back and forth for no reason
Really unorganized place when i went with my older uncle, long waits and staff were rude. Even saw roaches around the nurse room. They pay people for the fake 5 star reviews i overheard them at the front

Dr. Win takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns, explains things clearly, and makes sure I feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I never feel rushed during appointments, and they always follow up when needed. I recommend her 100%.
