Patti’s voice was so incredibly soothing! I wanted the botanical facial to relax, and she did just that! I really love that she tries to get to know you and your skin before starting, and I especially love how she explains everything as she goes through the facial. It made me feel that I could trust her, and I knew I was in good hands! It was such a calming and beautiful experience!
