I started working with Lita to see if she could help with my chronic shoulder pain. I had tried resting it, physical therapy, and acupuncture and nothing seemed to work. With regular sessions, not only has my shoulder pain disappeared, but I have improved range of motion and flexibility throughout my body. The seasons were painful at times as the old holding patterns and tension were released, but there is always a sense of relaxation and energizing effect post session. I am so grateful for Lita and her skillful techniques!
