I started working with Lita to see if she could help with my chronic shoulder pain. I had tried resting it, physical therapy, and acupuncture and nothing seemed to work. With regular sessions, not only has my shoulder pain disappeared, but I have improved range of motion and flexibility throughout my body. The seasons were painful at times as the old holding patterns and tension were released, but there is always a sense of relaxation and energizing effect post session. I am so grateful for Lita and her skillful techniques!

I tried Yin Dee massage for the first time yesterday. Lita was truly amazing at finding all the problem areas in my leg and my back. I had a 90 minute appointment but was able to stay for 3 hours since I was her last client for the day. Next time I will book 3 hours as it was the most healing massage I’ve ever had. It’s totally worth it. It’s not just a massage. She stretched my body which I very much needed. I recommend her very much.

Lita is amazing! She has helped relieve my neck and shoulder pain significantly. Her method goes beyond just treating the location of the pain, she will help work out the contributing factors. I have been going to her regularly and will continue to do so.
